When I received my order some of the bottles were broken, missing items(sand, seashell, starfish, corkscrews ) and unfinished. It was packaged with cardboard slots which did not hold up well through the delivery process. For the items that were still intact and complete they were exactly what I thought they would be. When I contacted costumer service they were very helpful and pleasant and place an order to replace the broken and incomplete items. Great costumer service!

Everything was good with exception of the corks which broke off of a few invites when they opened them. I emailed your customer service regarding this and got no response. I wanted a few replacement corks.

I customized my labels & wish they would have looked a little more aged. The RSVP cards I tried to make unique & I shouldn’t have the font was so small everyone has complained 🙁 But all in all the invites really set the stage for our beach wedding in Key West
