Order Status

  Once the order ships you will get an email with tracking number/s.
Also you can click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

Click the “My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the “Change quantities / cancel orders” link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

There are multiple ways that you can track your package. Once the order ships you will get an email with tracking numbers. You can track your order directly at FedEx or USPS website using the tracking number. You can do the same by clicking on the tracking number link on the email.

Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact your shipping carrier FedEx or USPS directly to locate your items.

In rare cases packages may get delayed due to shipping carrier related issues like bad weather or misrouting. As you can imagine, shipping carrier issues are beyond our control. However we are more than happy to help you in every possible way.

When will my order ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability and processing time of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Please allow following standard processing times:
Do it yourself kits (no printing) 1-2 business days
Do it yourself kit (with printed message) 7 business days
Invitations (standard) 2 weeks
Invitations (rush) 4-5 business days
Gift Bottles 1 business day

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 10 days of receiving the product.
For kits with no printing only, we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as all materials are intact, not damaged and have not been used. We charge a 25% re-stocking fee and do not refund shipping charges, and you must contact us for a return authorization number. For assembled invitation orders, if no design work has been completed there is a $10 cancellation charge. If design work has begun, we will refund 75% of your total. Upon design approval, no refund will be given. Rush orders may not be cancelled.

We will never sell your information to another source, and we will never use your personal information for our own purposes. If we think your message is clever, we may use your message text (stripped of any personal information) as one of our message templates. Also, if you enter our design contest, we will add your design to those available on our website.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
  When you are buying from us, we pay sales taxes in behalf of you when applicable. So sales tax is not applied to your order.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my credit appear on my account?
